Joseph
Burch, Vice President of Production
Joseph
Burch, president of Maximum Secutiy Products Corporation since
1992, oversees production, project management and the design
and development products. With 20 years of professional experience
in the detention industry, Mr. Burch has held a variety of
positions including project manager, equipment designer, consultant
and corporate executive. His technical strengths include using
steel fabrication and electrical design to enhance security.
Mr. Burch designed the first 10-gauge, hollow steel detention
door to receive a three-hour fire rating from Underwriters
Laboratories. This hollow steel door is currently one of MSP’s
flagship products.
Before joining MSP, Mr. Burch was Vice President of American
Jail Equipment; prior to this, he also served as Vice President
of Barrier Technology Corp. Mr. Burch holds a B.S. degree
in Biology. He is an active member of the American Correctional
Association.

Ellisor has over 38 years experience in hospital, blood donor
center, diagnostic reagent manufacturing and plasma donor
center industries in technical, educational, management and
compliance positions. She is currently President of ss.ellisor
enterprises, providing consultation, technical writing and
training for Blood Bank industries.
James Niles, Systems Engineering & Development
In
his position as product systems engineer, James Niles uses
his extensive technical expertise, and his planning, design
and management experience to develop the best, most cost effective
product and service solutions for customers. Mr. Niles coordinates
the design, submission and approval of components to be incorporated
into products. He also coordinates the manufacture, delivery,
installation and service of products. In addition, he supervises
the development, prototype construction, and testing of new
products.
Previously,
Mr. Niles owned and operated Niles Associates, a mechanical
contracting firm specializing in commercial projects with
unusual performance specifications. He managed all project
phases from concept, design and estimating to project close
out and customer follow-up.
As
chief executive officer and principal of Alltek Energy Systems
Inc., from 1982 to 1994, Mr. Niles managed a 45-employee company.
Additional duties included personally managing numerous projects
and directly supervising three other project managers.
For
two years prior to this, he was employed by the New York State
Energy Research and Development Authority. As a project associate,
he was responsible for the planning, budget, implementation
and management of solar and building conservation systems
research projects. From 1976 to 1980, as manager of Advance
Cooler Manufacturing, Mr. Niles was tasked with developing
the solar and building systems department. His varied responsibilities
ranged from developing products such as solar panels and a
urethane building panel system, to designing HVAC and control
systems. Throughout his tenure there, Mr. Niles gave numerous
presentations on energy conservation in building systems to
representatives of trade and civic groups, the media, and
state government.
Mr.
Niles received a B.A. degree in Environmental Science in 1976. |
